Better / More game creator controls

Ideas for improvements that will benefit game creators and managers. So ideas specifically targeted to help with activities like:

• managing session time
• managing session attendees

Definite use case - insert player / hold seat

GMs are often holding seats. We should give support for them to hold a spot / invite them / insert them.

I think most ideal is invite. The user is inserted and notified. They can then reject which would remove them, or accept, which keeps them in place.

Notifications
The user invited should receive an email and have a web notification. This email will not be configurable initially (no current plans - let me know if you disagree).
