There seem to be cases where payment isn't available, I'm assuming it's when a wallet isn't setup for a seller, and it's hard for the user to buyer to understand why.
Assuming my assumption is correct, we should add some text "Seller hasn't set up a wallet, you can negotiate payment details with them" or something that makes sense.
