To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

FROM plugfox/flutter:2.10.5
RUN flutter doctor -v

I get on flutter doctor -v:
Waiting for another flutter command to release the startup lock...
I try and it doesn't help:
killall -9 dart
Remove lockfile
