What happened?

I'm having an issue with CosmeticCore not letting players use the wardrobe room due to a msg from the Lands plugin saying " your fly mode has been disabled. You're not allowed to fly here" and then the player gets stuck in the wardrobe room. The wardrobe room isn't in a lands protected area, it is in a WorldGaurd Region. When the player does a /warp or /spawn command, they have the ability to fly until they log out. I've had this issue before years ago but forget the solution. Anyone know how to solve this?

Steps to reproduce the issue

1.Walk into the wardrobe room without any OP/flight permissions and try to use the wardrobes functions
2. Lands msg pops up (even though its not in any lands protected claim) and then the player gets stuck in the wardrobe room and due to the enter/exit area, the player cant equip any cosmetics. The player can leave without using a /spawn or warp command but then can fly around without any perms.
