[Bug] Forge version 1.8.x Doesn't Load Mods

Describe the bug

The forge version Of 1.8.x Never loads mods or even show the mods, it never recognises the mods inside the folder and loads as a blank forge client. I tried changing paths and readding mods folder but it just doesn't work anymore.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start Pojavlauncher
2. Install Forge 1.8.x
3. Make a mods folder and install mods
4. Launch Pojavlauncher
5. Check the mods Folder, where you expect the mods to be.

Expected Behavior

I expected the game to load my mods from the mods folder, it doesn't even recognises any.

Platform

- Device model: NOTHING Phone 2
- Android version: 15
- PojavLauncher version: Latest Release
