Paper bin cannot be removed from satchel.

Brief description of the issue

I am not able to remove paper bin from my satchel.

What you expected to happen

I picked up paper bin and put it into my satchel. However there is no way how to pick it up back to my hands.

What actually happened

paper bin can be only "used", I mean, I can take a paper from paper bin while it's in satchel, but cannot take the paper bin at all.

Steps to reproduce

1. I spawned as survivalist with standard satchel and several items as loadout, which spawned with me in satchel.
2. I went to Cynosure station and head to Secondary Tool Storage.
3. I drag&drop paper bin to my hands and then I click to my satchel or empty space in my satchel (not sure here), but after that paper bin was in satchel.
4. At this point I am not able to pickup paper bin from satchel, I can only take a new paper, but paper bin is stuck in satchel. Thanks to Woodrat for helping me with that ingame.
