MO TaxSim Comparison

Starting discussion to note discrepancies between our MO State Tax Model and the taxsim.app model of MO taxes.

To start:

• taxsim does not appear to be capturing affects on federal taxable_income, which then feed back into mo_taxable_income due to the mo_federal_tax_deduction
• taxsim does not appear to have an equivalent of mo_itemized_deductions, which will make high-tax cases possibly differ greatly.
