MS income tax difference with TAXSIM35

The following integration test fails. It is not yet known whether the
tax logic problem is in TAXSIM35 or in the current PEUS code, or
whether there are problems in both models. This topic is meant to
facilitate discussion of why this test fails, primarily by reporting
the results of hand calculations required to fill out the relevant tax
form.

@martinholmer This is the result of TAXSIM not including private pension income in the AGI computation.
The tax form seems to initially include it:

But the instructions and the law seem to exclude certain pension income types.

From looking at the documents I would remove the taxable pension income from the MS AGO calculation but would love to see if you think otherwise
