What is the irs/soi/social_security.yaml calibration parameter?

I couldn't find the source for this, and based on the description it should match either the cbo/social_security.yaml (total outlays) or cbo/income_by_source.yaml taxable_social_security records. It matches neither, and does not appear to be used in loss.py (nor is taxable social security).

I see - it's total Social Security benefits among filers. Filed #4281 and #4282 to clarify.
