@MaxGhenis you have mentioned in #4975 that there can a better approach to addressing the exclusion mentioned in sub-paragraph (e) of the legal code. I wanted to start a discussion before filing an issue.
What would be the benefits of created a new entity for SNAP units and how can we verify its effectiveness?
