Investigate and address remaining pytest warnings

Our CI logs indicate multiple warnings during the pytest execution. We need to investigate these warnings, identify their sources, and address them appropriately. This may involve updating dependencies, fixing deprecated code usage, or addressing other issues in our test suite.
