CTRL+TAB unlock the cursor from the window #10

when on D2MXL I use the CTRL key to sprint. when I hold the CTRL key and press TAB to toggle the map the cursor unlocks instead.
The issue happens either in fullscreen or windowed mode. it only happens when using D2GL.
Is there any way to disable this hotkey combination
