Internet not loading.

Hi. Im trying to access a streaming site. It says Video could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. To every video im playing, whether im on my ipad, or desktop.

However, once i played it with my ipad using my mobile data, and not home wifi, it works instantly. Any ideas why? Or how to solve this??
