Rough plan for newsletter focus in Q4:

  • New welcome email
  • Work towards one issue per week (flexible with a two week minimum)
  • Newsletter style guide / what works in the handbook
  • Pinned summary of best / most popular posts
  • Organise posts into collections
  • Goal of 3 LinkedIn posts per week promoting newsletter content
  • Generally post more often there. I am influencer now!
  • Pin latest newsletter issue to Twitter profile (as link post)
  • Newsletter promo on the homepage?
  • Re-engagement email / list clean
  • Experiment with LinkedIn influencer ad promoting newsletter
  • Explore more collabs with other newsletters and similar companies
  • Reader interviews with highly-engaged readers to explore needs / ideas
