The overriding thing this quarter is that once you have a large enough volume of recordings you need a better way to find what to watch

🚀 Goal 1: Get Alex rocketing

👩‍🔬 Goal 2: Churn and retention exploration

get some formalised metrics and track them in growth reviews / metrics mondays
more cross-selling into replay

🎤 Goal 3: Watch less and get more value

chat with replay
split filters and playlists
find unwatched recordings

💀 Goal 4: Squash distractions

take control of our own rrweb upgrades
get CI out of the way
