Scope importing questions from a CSV

We have 38 product questions that have previously been asked internally at PostHog's Slack that should be available to the public.

Are we able to (relatively easily) import a bunch of questions, maybe assign them to existing users (both for the asker and the answerer), and place them on the specific pages as listed in this Google Sheet?
