Need to properly index all proposals coming in

Query api enabled queries for forum.potlock.near (devhub fork)

  • query proposals
  • query comments and responses by proposal
  • query by submitted
    Describe alternatives you've considered
  • could create own indexer
    Additional context
  • need to make sure testnet
