[ENHANCE] Change "My Profile" to "My Project" for registered projects; display status & link to project page

Summary

If logged in account has registered on registry, "My Profile" should change to "My Project ()" with the status of the project if it's not approved, e.g. "My Project (Pending)" or "My Project" if it is approved.

This should then link to the project page, not the profile page.
