Problem

People in round cant see how the votes were tally and how payouts were distributed

User Story(s):

As a a project, I want to see how the votes played out, so that I can see support and how much money I got

Description

  • in depth results of payouts and able to click through to see all the votes

Acceptance Criteria

  • see if paid out or not
  • accessible from round page #about
  • once round is over from the [DESIGN] Explore Page #4
  • show the dsitirbtue
  • show each vote
  • able to click through and see in soroban block explorer
