Problem

Every time one creates a PR, they have to manually pick who reviews the code

User Story(s):

As a contributor, I want to have automatic assignment of reviewers to my PR, so that I can focus on other things

Description

Add a CODEOWNERS file with the github ids of the desired main reviewers of the codebase

Acceptance Criteria

  • CODEOWNERS file in the project root with ids of the main devs on the team
