recursor yaml listen port not respected

Short description

incoming.listen.port and incoming.list ports are not respected in the yaml config

Environment

• Operating system: debian linux 12.8
• Software version:

PowerDNS Recursor 5.3.0-alpha0.55.master.g788f396a7 (C) PowerDNS.COM BV
Using 64-bits mode. Built using gcc 12.2.0 on Dec 24 2024 11:19:11 by root@localhost.

Steps to reproduce

1. use below config (none of these combinations work)

incoming:
  listen:
    - '127.0.0.1:5301'
    - listen: '127.0.0.1:5301'
    - 127.0.0.1:5301
  port: 5301

2. start/restart recursor

Expected behaviour

recursor should start of specified port

Actual behaviour

recursor starts on port 53

I tried a few variations here, and they all work. e.g.

incoming:
  listen:
    - 0.0.0.0:5301
    - '[::]:5301'

or

incoming:
  listen:
    - 0.0.0.0
    - '[::]'
  port: 5301

So I'm moving this to a discussion, as it seems a support question and not an actual code issue.
