Ctrl-l from within vscode bug #1791

I keep running into this one. I am in the habit of using Ctrl-l to clear the terminal, but powershell doesn't seem to like it when run from inside vscode. Only intermittently though.

I'd be impressed if you could make any sense of it, I've not noticed a pattern of when it happens at all.

This issue was fixed (see #1315). Please upgrade to the 2.0.4 version of PSReadLine from PowerShellGallery. See the upgrading section for instructions. Please let us know if you run into the same issue with the latest version.
