Prerequisites

  • Write a descriptive title.
  • Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest released version
  • Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

Synopsis, parameter sets, and parameters should all have bank lines after the header to fix MD22

Expected behavior

Blank lines after headers

Actual behavior

No blank lines
