compatibility issues

brother tell which exactly python version you used for running this project
I am facing compatibility issues on both python 3.8 version and python 3.9 version when I install necessary dependencies using reqirements.txt.
some packages are demanding python version 3.8. but some packages not supporting 3.8 version and vice versa for python version greater than 3.8.
