I tried admin but still see it

And not able to close the application

The only choice is terminate it in Task Manager.

Thanks for the feedback.

This happens when in SteamServerBrowser.ini the value of GeoIpService is set to "geolite2" and the file GeoIP\GeoLite2-City.mmdb is missing.
I can no longer distribute this file as part of the SteamServerBrowser as it is copyrighted, but each user can download it free of charge when signing up to https://www.maxmind.com/en/geolite2/signup
I will be releasing an updated version of the SteamServerBrowser soon to prevent using this Geo-IP service when the database file is missing.

In the meantime, please change the value of "GeoIpService" in the .ini file to "ip-api.com".
