Bug Description

The flow page automations tab does not show automations that are created for all flows. Instead it says "There are no automations associated with this flow." This is confusing for users who want to be sure there global automation is properly applied.
Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create an automation for all flows by clicking "select all" at the select flow stage.
  2. Visit the automations tab for a flow. You would expect to see info for the automation that applies to all flows but instead you see a message saying no automations.

  • IE
