web app unusable due to infinite loop

Describe the bug

The web app is currently unusable for me. There seems to be an infinite loop happening. This user's profile pic seems to be causing the problem.

Steps to reproduce

Load any page that cause's Derek's profile pic to load such as his profile page and pop open the dev console https://primal.net/p/npub1g6ghj36a9y9d6p4vz4rq6z8rwrqxm6evllnlhkt26e55h9y0q6psv4hu7v.

Expected behavior

The web app should work and not cause my browser to freeze.

Environment

Only tested in Chrome, but my guess is all browsers are affected by this.
