URLs not parsed correctly which may lead to 404 links

Steps to reproduce

Visit e.g. https://primal.net/e/note1jh4s769clt50a9wza709774tut4kplmqgwaf9n02z3d7zyet3wnq6rx7h7. You may notice that the only link in the note contains the ending "." which is supposed to end a sentence.

Expected behavior

The link is constructed correctly, the same way as in the Primal app.
