Chat commands do not support chat previewing

A very minor issue as chat previews were removed in 1.19.3 and I don't know of a single plugin or mod (1.19-1.19.2) that actually supports them. But theoretically could break something somewhere if not fixed. It also does make for a deviation from the Vanilla client and thus should be implemented eventually.

Can the server rewrite a command though ? This is where the previews I believe matter.
