Relicense to CC-BY

Posts by me and @wj25czxj47bu6q are to be relicensed under the CC-BY. There are only 4 posts not written by us, and for those we should add a license notice.

Going forward we should be using CC-BY instead of CC-BY-SA

Okay we can change the FDroid post to CC-BY as well. So only 3 posts need to remain under CC-BY-SA
