Describe the code change

I would like to propose adding a custom cursor to enhance the visual appeal of the website. A unique cursor will create a more engaging user experience that aligns with the project’s theme.

Proposed solution

Design a Custom Cursor:
Create a cursor image that reflects the project’s theme or aesthetic (e.g., an icon related to the project).

Implement CSS:
Using CSS to apply the custom cursor throughout the project.

This enhancement will provide users with a visually cohesive and enjoyable interaction with the project.
