CODE CHANGE: improve navbar overlapping

Describe the code change

In navbar their is a toggle which overlap and degrace the quality of text of navbar and the navbar's signin option does not show when it in 100% normal display . i would like to improve that.

Proposed solution

remove the toggle and naavbar width or size for display all navlinks .
