BUG: The sections in the Home page are not ordered

What happened?

Bug Report:

I found that the web content of the Home page and the order of sections in the Header do not sync. This might make the page look sort of disintegrated and confusing to the user.

Proposal:
Allow me to change the layout of the Header so that its content can be ordered according to the web page.
