CODE CHANGE: Improvement of UI in dark mode

Describe the code change

I wish to improve the UI for the "Testimonial" and "Personalized Recommendation Section" in dark mode as it looks a bit inconsistent.

Proposed solution

I wish to Generalize the UI for all the Blocks under these Sections so they Look Same and Consistent as there is a Mode Change from Light to Dark Mode.
