CODE CHANGE: Hotel page navbar and filter, for consistency with main design

Change the navbar and filter button UI

Proposed solution

The navbar is different from min page, so implement same navbar for consistency, also improve hotel card layout, use rupees instead of dollars, and improve filter UI and options
