Indicator to show where you are in the Code or Output

I sometimes get lost in longer calculation sheets. It would be great to have an indicator that shows the corresponding line in the output.

Or the other way around, when you click into the output, there is an indicator that shows where the code is.

Jumping to the active part or some kind of "synchronization" would also be a great feature.
