How plot a function with step in x-axis?

Hi, how can I plot this spectrum function correctly?

The first interval is not a "y constant value" and the max value in not 0.57.
If I plot single function I see the correct values.

I think calcpad doesnot recognizes 0<=T<TB instead use and/or 0<T ^ T<TB
