Creating a tutorial and legend to explain the application and its features

Create a legend which explains the annotations of the graph.

A legend has been implemented, but it has to be updated according to the feedback we got during the meeting:

Graph

• It must be clear that large nodes indicate that more bases are inside of the node
• The background color of the bubbles must be explained - darker background means the bubble is nested more times
• A small cartoon-ish explanation must show that when zooming in, nodes within the bubbles become visible.

Tree

• The node color must be explained (currently: white = node, black = leaf)
• The node border must be explained:
  • Orange border means it is drawn in the orange part (top) of the graph.
  • Blue border means it is drawn in the blue part (bottom) of the graph.

Update: nested bubbles are no longer darker, so this doesn't have to be explained (crossed it off the list). Instead the bubbles now have a border to make it posible to see a nested bubble.

Renaming the issue to reflect a broader goal.

Adding the following points.

• Straight Sequence node is actually a 'non-overlapping' node. Mistake in legend. See Legend shows Straight Sequence for Non-overlapping #264
• Explain bubble concepts. possibly in its own pane

There are surely more points to touch in the legend / tutorials, however I cannot think of any right now.
