Describe the bug
enemy damage is way to high,
the first wave of enemy's are 5 "fiendish tricksters" and they 1 hit kill you

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

make mage, get to lvl 98
do your intro quests in Legion for frost spec staff
get killed

Expected behavior
Imps that don't 1 hit smash you into oblivion.
