As a developer, we all speak english as a natural language.

I think it'll expand the diffusion of the report if it was available for the people in their motherlanguage.

Since Github Pages rely on Jekyll, we could use that plugin made for.

Translations could be handled through specialized services like POEditor, Crowdin or Weblate.

Any thoughts ?
