Adds a custom shackle lawset
Allows it to save & load

Works within character creation. Anywhere from 1 to 5 laws.
Laws are added like every other IPC lawset. This really just adds an input for it.

Why Add It?

Shackles, much like AI Laws, can range a whole lot, and can be customized in theory. Shackle Law Sets may take the form of some common law sets, or in cases of IPCs who are willing to shackle themselves to certain things, this allows an option. This is a nice and neat way to add some extra flavor to IPCs.

I also like to view it as a way that IPCs take an oath(Quite seriously since they are machines and oaths IRL are sort of laws that guide one's actions).

Examples of Custom Shackles(Basically Ones that are immediately and obviously ok to use)

The Hippocratic Oath:

• I will use those dietary regimens which will benefit my patients according to my greatest ability and judgement, and I will do no harm or injustice to them.
• I will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan; and similarly I will not give a woman a pessary to cause an abortion.
• I will not use the knife, even upon those suffering from stones, but I will leave this to those who are trained in this craft.
• Into whatever homes I go, I will enter them for the benefit of the sick, avoiding any voluntary act of impropriety or corruption, including the seduction of women or men, whether they are free men or slaves.
• Whatever I see or hear in the lives of my patients, whether in connection with my professional practice or not, which ought not to be spoken of outside, I will keep secret, as considering all such things to be private.

US Judicial Oath:

• Administer justice without respect to persons
• Do equal right to the poor and to the rich
• Impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon this unit as _________ under the Constitution and laws of the [Insert Government]

Only thing I've not tested is admin viewing IPC laws cauSe I don't know how to do that. I've tested creating saving and loading shackles which has worked without any noticeable issues.

If you can snag a way for laws to be viewed and changed by admins (if necessary) i'm entirely game for putting this in, i have no doubt our admins cant deal with bad eggs who abuse it.
