Too much workbook description text breaks styling

As a user, if I add a lot of notes if my workbook description, it breaks the page styling. Notes are extended outside of the workbook teaser component. Text goes outside page container.
Workbook teasers should cut off text after a certain number of characters or limit the characters a user can add.
