Need: A comparison matrix that outlines the key requirements of the Collaboratory as expressed by Chad and outlined in the anticipated wireframes.

Some key needs include:

user is able to upload files in a resilient system (cannot be easily taken down)
access a shared database
Forum
The data remains open source, collectively "owned"
User can access global research platform application
