Ever since vMenu was introduced, FiveM ran on the "Arena Wars" DLC as the default, referred to as mpchristmas2018 or 1604. All servers are still on this gamebuild default to this very day, unless of course they are enforcing a higher gamebuild.

vMenu conveniently detects add-on clothing automatically, making it easy for server operators or those testing clothing packs locally, like myself or Rose. However, it doesn't cover tattoos.

While experimenting with PF-vMenu and previous menu modifications, I realized that head tattoo replacements weren't showing up in the menu, despite my attempts to stream and browse through the menu repeatedly.

Out of curiosity, I used Menyoo to compare head tattoos, and noticed that vMenu only displayed 48, while Menyoo showed a significantly higher number.

I haven't inspected other body part tattoos yet, but I suspect there might be a need to modify the code to recognize and fetch all available gamebuild tattoos beyond the mpchristmas2018 Arena Wars DLC content.

You can use the following website to inspect all tattoos https://forge.plebmasters.de/decorations?zone=1

According to the site, there should be at least 266 head tattoos and / of decorations.

Some of these decorations are used on the head to give the illusion that you have hair roots, which if you've played GTA Online, you'll be able to apply hairstyles like so, and have sideburns etc, however in FiveM, you'll notice that you can only apply the hairstyle, but it does not appear the same way as GTA online, due to the missing decorations.
