Converting air medium to water medium

Hello all,

I am taking concorde example as a base study to work on flow around hydrofoil.

Here I need a help in order to convert air medium to water medium.
Also, the chord length of hydrofoil is 200m and I want to look at the results for velocity 10, 20, 30 m/s.

Can anyone please help me with this?
