Add model equations and configuration to crash course notebook #7

This PR contains the in-progress crash course notebook. Short term todos are including the c-grid demo figure and the error analysis visualization. Long term todos (as marked) include including the intermediate steps of the discretization derivations (to explain when and where averaging is needed) and various comments.

We will also need to explore whether the issue with the advective form of the model can be fixed, or if we need to switch to flux form to resolve it (in which case, the version in this notebook will head to a later section dedicating to investigating "what can go wrong").
