  • Cleanup unnecessary text tooltips
    Existed in WidgetProgressBar and WidgetHeat
  • Text Tooltips I18n
  • Cleanup unnecessary synchronization of recipe
    Recipes are final in a game session, thus recipe's progress data is redundant
    However, client needs a better method to predict machine behaviour
