Rare Pepes are XCP (https://counterparty.io) assets - not sure if the protocol supports atomic swaps across chains yet, as XCP assets use a secondary chain (counterparty) on top of the bitcoin chain

Counterparty is not supported yet; however, the Wyvern protocol does intend to run on multiple distributed ledgers in the future and Counterparty is a candidate. No ETA at this time.
