Free TV docker (Web2TV)

I would like to come up with scripts to allow users to import the following free TV sources:

Pluto TV https://pluto.tv/ (DONE)
Stirr TV https://stirr.com/
Xumo TV https://www.xumo.tv/
NewsOn https://www.newson.us/
Plex TV https://watch.plex.tv/live-tv/ (DONE)
Roku TV https://www.roku.com/whats-on/live-tv/
Tubi TV https://tubitv.com/live/
Samsung TV https://www.samsung.com/us/televisions-home-theater/tvs/tvplus/
USTVGO https://ustvgo.tv/ (DONE)

Ideally they would be stand alone scripts so users can mix and match which sources they would like to use/watch.

Here is a program/docker that handles a lot of this, but curently the USTVGO plugin seems to be broken.

It is also missing the ability to import one stream to multiple clients. For example if 5 TV clients want to watch Fox News it should be pulled in once then sent to 5 TVs to conserve bandwidth instead of pulling 5 streams in from the Internet.
