This pop-up appears when exiting the component placement page, we selsected the option where JLCPCB wait for our reply before proceeding with the order.

In the order and quote tab we selected the research option

The order did not terminate well: First Error message received

Second error message while trying to proceed with the order

We attempted to duplicate the tab to see if the issue could be fixed in another tab, but that did not terminate well either, and te first tab is stuck on the second "operation is too frequest" error message until the following day.

This happened in a stale tab after we tried refreshing the JLCPCBB website to proceed with the order.

Repeating same steps again in the Quote and order page

Selecting the research option, board development, for product description.

Saving to cart is on proccess

Same Error message (System Error)

Dismissed the error message by selscting "Okay", and tried to add to cart again, and we received the second Error message "operation is too frequest".

As of Monday 3rd of Feb, 2025
Contacting JLCPCB for support.

We have loaded Gerbers, BOM and CPL files but we are unable to save the shopping cart and we get an error message.
We have documented our efforts in the following issue: #146

We have uploaded to this form the Gerber, the BOM and CPL files.

Please try to duplicate our problem with these files.
